Drive the end-to-end design process for Trulioo's identity solution products.
Apply core user-centered design practices through discovery, problem framing, journey mapping, and iterative refinement.
Partner deeply with Product, Engineering, and Research teams.
Requirements
8+ years as a Product Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing multi-platform work, including mobile experience design and diverse product surfaces.
Proficiency in UX, interaction design, visual design, and prototyping.
Demonstrated experience designing complex, multi-step workflows or data-rich interfaces.
Highly collaborative working style with hands-on experience partnering closely with Engineering and Product teams.
Demonstrated ability to apply user-centered and research-informed design practices; comfortable bringing clarity to ambiguous, evolving product spaces.
Expert-level proficiency with Figma for design, prototyping, and collaboration, including a deep understanding of components, variants, and auto-layout for scalable design systems.
Hands-on experience with AI-assisted design tools (e.g., Vibe Coding or similar).
A proactive mindset and the ability to identify opportunities and drive initiatives independently.
Mentor designers and help elevate design quality.
Must be able to work onsite in our Vancouver office (hybrid model) and already have legal authorization to work in Canada.
