Supports project management activities in accordance with Enterprise Project Management Office policies and standards.
Develops and maintains project plans, including schedules, budgets, and plans for quality, resources, communications, and risks.
Monitors and controls project execution, tracking costs, resources, issues, changes, and risks.
Prepares and presents status reports and project information to leadership, project teams, and client groups.
Coordinates, facilitates, and leads project meetings effectively.
Maintains project documentation library ensuring compliance with standards and proper retention in project databases.
May plan and manage small, well-defined projects or sub-projects under general direction of senior project managers.
Requirements
The Project Coordinator I would have a Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, healthcare, or related field and at least 1 year of experience in a project coordinator role, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
The Project Coordinator II would have a Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, healthcare, or related field and at least 6 years of experience in a project coordinator role, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Highly detail-oriented with excellent analysis and problem-solving skills.
Experience with Microsoft Office suite and automated scheduling software.
Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
Proficiency with AI tools and technologies a plus.
Demonstrated experience in project management methods, techniques, and development life cycle disciplines.
Ability to manage small to moderately complex projects with minimal supervision.
Certificate or training in Project Management a plus.
