Role Overview
- Manages inventory flow and slotting within the distribution center
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to design and implement flow improvements
- Monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) related to stock rotation and overall warehouse flow
- Drives slotting and flow improvements by trialing and implementing tools and processes
- Partners with safety teams to ensure slotting and flow efforts promote a safe associate environment
- Monitors warehouse capacity and proactively plans for seasonal inventory increases
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in warehouse slotting, warehouse management, or inventory control
