Provider Scheduling Analyst – Capacity Management

Role Overview

• Communicate with managers/directors and end users to optimize scheduling
• Work with regions to standardize scheduling processes
• Develop and distribute reports to regional leadership team
• Assist with creating new departments in Epic and notify relevant teams
• Process provider and ancillary schedules timely to optimize access

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 4 years experience in clerical operations in healthcare or customer service
• Technical knowledge of healthcare provider scheduling
• Preferred certifications: Certified Healthcare Access Manager, Certified Healthcare Access Associate, Certification as a Medical Assistant
• Must have computer skills for data entry and retrieval
• Proficient with Windows-style applications and keyboard
