About this role

Own execution and delivery of client-facing technical solutions, integrations, and data workflows
Gather requirements, iterate on deliverables, and drive projects through completion
Design and build data pipelines, integrations, and targeted applications
Collaborate with platform and product engineers on architecture and reusable capabilities
Rapidly prototype and deliver proof-of-concepts
Contribute feedback and real-world use cases to product teams
Operate across environments: Arcesium’s platform, client environments, or laptops

5+ years delivering data-centric technical solutions to enterprise-scale customers
Experience across software engineering, solution delivery, and client collaboration
Strong programming skills (Java, Python, TypeScript, SQL)
Ability to balance speed and quality
Experience with cloud platforms and the modern data stack is a plus
Familiarity with financial services, investment lifecycle, or asset management is a plus
Experience using AI in enterprise products and systems is a plus
