Define and own Pager Health’s enterprise-wide data and reporting strategy.
Establish a unified vision for how data is collected, governed, analyzed, and shared across the organization.
Act as a strategic advisor to executive leadership, using data to identify opportunities.
Build and lead a centralized Data and Reporting shared services function.
Create clarity around ownership, operating model, priorities, and standards.
Own enterprise-wide dashboards, KPIs, and measurement frameworks.
Ensure effective use of data to drive business performance and operational efficiency.
Oversee client-facing reporting and analytics delivery.
Partner with Engineering and Product on data architecture and governance.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to align data initiatives with business goals.
Provide leadership and mentorship to data leaders and contributors.
Manage and prioritize data initiatives, ensuring timely delivery of insights.
Champion continuous improvement in data tooling and analytics rigor.
Stay current on data trends and introduce new measurement approaches.
Requirements
8+ years of experience in data, analytics, reporting, or business intelligence roles, including leadership of multi-disciplinary data teams.
Proven experience defining and executing an enterprise data strategy that supports both internal stakeholders and external clients.
Demonstrated success building or leading shared services or centralized data functions across complex organizations.
Strong understanding of data architecture, data pipelines, analytics platforms, and reporting tools, with the ability to partner effectively with engineering teams.
Experience delivering client-facing analytics or reporting in a SaaS, healthcare, or services-oriented environment.
Exceptional ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling insights and narratives for executive, client, and operational audiences.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience influencing without direct authority.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of aligning diverse stakeholders around a common data vision.
Highly independent, strategic, and curious, with a bias toward action and continuous improvement.
Experience in healthcare, digital health, or regulated environments preferred, but not required.
