Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in automation testing
- Proven experience building automation frameworks from scratch
- Ability to make independent technical and strategic decisions related to automation
- Strong knowledge of at least one programming language (Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Python)
- Experience with: Selenium, Playwright, Cucumber, and/or Cypress CI/CD integration of automated tests API testing (Postman or similar) Test management tools (Jira, Xray, or similar) Git
- Ability to adapt QA and automation strategies to different products, technologies, and teams
- Experience in leading, mentoring, and onboarding new Automation QA team members
- Strong communication skills and advanced English proficiency.
