Remain up-to-date on BACB pre-and post-certification requirements for credentialing and professional development.
Update existing assessments and courses based on credentialing authority changes, user feedback, editorial feedback, and updates to course creation standards.
Create new assessments and courses to be utilized across our customer base by behavior technicians, behavior analysts, and trainees, within scope of competence.
Design assessment strategies that verify learning rather than just completion (application questions, case studies, performance demonstrations).
Assist as needed in the development of requested regulatory compliance courses to meet customer needs.
Work directly with Director, Clinical Training & CR Institute and content development team to ensure coursework meets industry standards.
Collaborate with other Subject Matter Experts (internal or contracted) to design and create assessments and courses for related services providers.
Review and edit new and existing courses as assigned.
Work as part of the content creation team to continuously improve our educational offerings, integrate new technologies, and provide the best-in-market experience to our end users.
Requirements
At least 5+ years as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA®) (current, with no disciplinary action)
Experience with Instructional Design methodologies (ADDIE, Bloom, Merrill, Gagne)
