About this role
Role Overview
Partner with Product Leadership to help define and evolve the CR Essentials product strategy
Own execution for key areas of the CR Essentials roadmap, from discovery through delivery
Help balance the complex needs of care practices while delivering a lightweight, user-friendly experience for users
Translate complex clinical, operational, and billing workflows into clear, scalable product solutions
Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Clinical, Billing, Customer Success, and Support teams
Define and track success metrics focused on operational efficiency, accuracy, and customer impact
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in healthcare or workflow-intensive B2B software
Strong understanding of practice management and care delivery workflows, including scheduling, authorizations, clinical care, billing, and reporting
Experience supporting or designing for therapists or healthcare professionals
Proven ability to operate effectively in ambiguous problem spaces and influence outcomes through strong product judgment and execution
Preferred candidates will have direct experience in the ABA domain
