About this role
Role Overview
Key hiring partnership with Loopio’s Sales and Customer Success teams.
Full-stack recruitment responsibilities include sourcing, recruiter phone screens, scheduling interviews, and facilitating interview debriefs.
Guide Hiring Managers through the recruitment process in accordance with the Loopio Hiring Policy.
Bring forth ideas for creative sourcing strategies and consistently build a quality pipeline.
Manage a high volume of requests and coordinate complex schedules to ensure an efficient recruitment process.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in a full-cycle go-to-market recruitment role within an agency or high-growth SaaS company.
At least 1 year of corporate recruitment experience.
Previous experience in scaling GTM teams.
Familiarity with roles across Sales, CX, Marketing, and RevOps.
Previous experience in technical recruitment and partnering with Product leaders is a bonus.
Impeccable verbal and written communication skills.
Proven ability to multitask and prioritize projects.
Knowledgeable or interested in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI).
Experience working with Google Suite, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS.
