Responsible for effectively coaching, developing, and leading the Rare Blood Community Liaisons
Engage and educate patients and caregivers, advocacy organizations, and specialty pharmacy representatives
Responsible for one-on-one engagement with patients and caregivers to educate on disease state and NNI products
Develop and execute patient engagement strategies for Rare Bleeding Disorders community in collaboration with marketing, sales, medical, and market access
Requirements
Bachelor’s or equivalent degree, and/or Pharm D required
Minimum of 6 (six) years of progressive pharmaceutical, healthcare sales, or community engagement leadership experience required
2 (two) years management experience preferred
2 (two) years of experience in Hemophilia or Rare Bleeding Disorders preferred
Demonstrated leadership skills with peers and/or direct reports
Strong written and oral communications skills
Demonstrated ability to develop strong and lasting relationships with customers
Demonstrated ability to analyze business and build strategies that reflect marketplace trends and customer needs
Demonstrated passion for patients and community organization engagement
