Regional Director – Supply Chain

Role Overview

• Optimize the supply chain and material processes across the sites within the region
• Build and lead highly effective local teams
• Interfacing with strategic suppliers
• Build positive relationships with internal and external customers
• Lead strategic initiatives for supply chain across the region
• Implement a framework for best practices in supply chain and inventory
• Drive continuous improvement activities within the Supply Chain function

Requirements

• Relevant post-secondary business education or equivalent
• Minimum of 10 years of practical industry experience in a multi-location environment
• Complex manufacturing setting an asset
• Minimum of 5 years leadership experience
• Experience in financial systems and the key supply chain drivers within the manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing & Lean Supply Chain essential
