Relationship Banker – Bilingual Spanish Required

Role Overview

• Engaging clients in the lobby to educate and assist with transactions through self-service resources
• Processing cash transactions efficiently
• Having deep conversations to connect clients with financial solutions
• Building relationships with clients to meet financial needs
• Managing financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively

Requirements

• Bilingual Spanish & English Required (fluent verbal and written)
• 1 year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals
• 6 months of cash handling experience
• Bachelor's Degree or business-relevant Associate’s Degree such as business management, business administration or finance
