Role Overview

• Accountable for quality, program and service line growth
• Responsible for service and physician deployment
• Integration and consistency of clinical strategy
• Operational responsibility for specific departments/services
• Build and manage activities and resources of assigned departments
• Ensure coordinated working relationships within assigned departments
• Oversee implementation of strategic direction for service line
• Ensure integration of activities within ambulatory and acute resources

Requirements

• Master's degree
• 18 years of recent relevant experience
• Demonstrates clinical proficiency and knowledge to effectively plan and coordinate patient care
• Understanding of clinical operations and workflows
• Working knowledge of health care laws, licensing, and accreditation requirements
• Knowledge of emerging trends and regulatory changes
• Business acumen to establish goals and standards
• Demonstrates credible leadership presence
• Knowledge of various methods of care delivery and quality improvement concepts
• Demonstrated progressive management ability in healthcare programs
• Written and verbal communication skills
