Establish development action plans for the dealer network to improve financial, commercial, technical and process aspects based on the commercial area’s guidelines. May require guidance and support from the immediate supervisor.
Make periodic visits to dealerships following a pre-established itinerary;
Provide administrative and technical support to dealerships, supplying the information necessary for them to perform accurate diagnostics focused on profitability, balance-sheet analysis, fixed coverage, NPS, processes, scheduling, productivity, efficiency, service visits, labor rates, products and KPIs, as well as assessing staff capabilities and training needs;
Deliver administrative and technical courses on new product launches to dealers and encourage the dealer network to enroll their service staff in classroom and e-learning training whenever a need is identified;
Support the dealer network in executing and controlling parts and service campaigns;
Coach dealers to generate Market Information System and Monthly Parts & Service reports, reporting the main issues identified and the dealership’s performance, respectively;
Visit the dealer network to assess, map and advise dealerships regarding their parts and service structure (inventory, purchasing, equipment, tooling, administration, visual standards and training);
Visit the network to map and diagnose improvement opportunities in parts and service processes to increase dealership profitability through higher service visits, parts sales and labor sales;
Advise and monitor the network regarding compliance with Environmental Management System standards in general;
May be required to perform duties described in the terms related to the motorcycle commercial area.
