Use qualitative and performance inputs to validate and refine messaging (user feedback, internal reviews, and post-launch learnings).
Operationalize learnings into scalable workflows: templates, prompt libraries, and Super Agent workflows that help the broader marketing org draft, QA, and update high performing copy faster while staying on brand.
Requirements
Proven experience writing high-performing copy for SaaS, tech, or product marketing (portfolio required).
Deep understanding of software and the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences.
Demonstrated excitement and confidence in leveraging AI to enhance writing and workflows.
Experience building or managing AI-driven tools, agents, or automations.
Strong collaboration skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
