Requirements
Have 5+ years of experience leading a product area at a high-velocity company
Have been responsible for defining what gets built in an early or fast-moving company
Are comfortable being the first product voice in the room and setting direction from scratch
Can take ambiguous, high-stakes problems and turn them into focused product bets
Know how to earn trust with engineering through clear thinking and follow-through
