Role Overview
- Answer inbound calls with empathy and professionalism
- Qualify cases and confirm eligibility using defined criteria
- Guide clients through the sign-up process and secure retainers
- Hand off cases to attorneys and lead paralegals with complete and accurate information
- With your teammates, maintain responsiveness as a key builder of trust with every partner
Requirements
- Have 5+ years in client-facing intake or sales roles, ideally in legal services
- Are an excellent communicator who can build trust quickly
- Stay calm and focused under pressure
- Are comfortable working flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends
