Role Overview
- Own Major Features: Design, build, and ship production-grade systems across our core workflows
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with product, ops, design, and legal experts to define and deliver real-world impact
- Move Fast, Safely: Build in safety, observability, and performance from the start
- Help Set the Standard: Influence our engineering culture, stack, and practices from the ground up
- Work Onsite: Join us in-person 4 days/week in NYC for high-context, fast-moving collaboration
Requirements
- Have 3+ years of experience building reliable, secure software in production
- Are comfortable working full-stack (we use Python/Django, React, AWS, OpenAI & more)
- Write clean, maintainable code—and care about testing, observability, and performance
- Thrive in ambiguous environments and take pride in figuring things out
- Want to work on real problems that affect real people
- Care as much about product outcomes as you do about technical decisions
