About this role
Role Overview
Administer executive compensation programs, including annual bonus and long-term incentive plans
Coordinate grant processing, vesting schedules, and payouts in alignment with plan documents
Maintain accurate records in HRIS and equity management systems (e.g., SuccessFactors, Fidelity)
Conduct market benchmarking for executive roles
Prepare materials for Compensation Committee meetings as needed, including proxy compensation disclosure and CD&A support
Ensure adherence to SEC, IRS, and corporate governance requirements
Support internal audits and maintain documentation for compliance purposes
Partner with the Total Rewards and HR teams on compensation initiatives and special projects (e.g., Pay Equity, Total Rewards Statements)
Serve as a liaison with external vendors for equity administration and survey participation
Identify opportunities for automation and process enhancements in compensation administration
Update policies and procedures annually in coordination with cross-functional teams
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
2+ years in executive compensation or similar or related experience preferred
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Strong analytical and quantitative skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
High attention to detail and confidentiality
Knowledge of compensation-related laws and regulations (bonus if you have)
Experience with proxy disclosure and executive pay governance (bonus if you have)
