Perform daily dashboard failure analysis and resolution activities, including identifying and correcting issues such as spreadsheet changes that cause data loads to fail.
Conduct dashboard testing and participate in side-by-side training sessions with business teams to validate dashboard logic and support documentation efforts.
Document dashboard data usage, requirements, and data dependencies; create supporting materials such as Visio data process flows.
Implement updates to enhance dashboard consistency and streamline reporting through automation, while also developing and deploying enhancements such as incorporating additional fields into Business Courtesies Approval Request (BCAR) dashboards.
Collaborate with the Program Solutions team on small-scale improvement projects that leverage technology, automation, and dashboard capabilities
Requirements
Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent
Student must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or advanced degree in an applicable discipline
U.S. citizenship is required
Knowledge of Agile methodology
Experience with data manipulation, including ETL (extract, transform, load) technology such as Alteryx
Experience working with Power BI and the ability to build reporting
Experience working with SQL and the ability to create queries
