Develop cloud-agnostic software that runs efficiently on AWS, Azure, and on-prem Kubernetes clusters to support enterprise-grade container orchestration.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration and successful solution delivery, leveraging workflows to maintain flow, transparency and continuous improvement.
Build internal SDKs, APIs, and microservices to support AI workflows across hybrid environments.
Write clean, testable, and efficient code with a strong emphasis on performance, scalability, maintainability, and comprehensive documentation to support long-term development and knowledge sharing.
Integrate AI platform tools with enterprise systems such as identity management, logging, and governance.
Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and agile ceremonies.
Collaborate across remote teams, working in a highly regulated, security-conscious environment.
Requirements
A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field.
Understanding of the software development lifecycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes (CI/CD), testing, and delivery for existing and new team products.
Ability to apply GitOps practices using Argo CD to manage cluster state, automate rollouts, and enforce declarative configuration across environments.
Proficiency in Python and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Terraform, etc.).
Develop and maintain reusable Helm charts, manifests, and deployment templates that promote consistency and portability across environments.
Understanding of AI/ML tools, data, agent and API management platforms.
Additional languages: Node.js or Go.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity, define technical direction, and drive end-to-end solutions.
Demonstrated deep technical curiosity and the initiative to dive into complex challenges.
