Role Overview
- Write code selectively to handle complex logic AI cannot fully automate.
- Review AI-generated and human-written code for correctness and maintainability.
- Build and maintain automated tests to validate functionality and prevent regressions.
- Continuously refine workflows to improve accuracy, consistency, and development speed.
- Ensure code follows security best practices and is optimized for long-term maintainability.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and release processes.
Requirements
- 7+ years of development experience, ideally within SaaS, e-commerce, or Shopify ecosystems.
- Strong proficiency in PHP (Laravel) and Go, with experience in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and React or similar frameworks.
- Experience with REST and GraphQL APIs, including integrations with Shopify Admin and Storefront APIs.
- Comfortable with Git, modern development workflows, code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience leveraging AI or automation tools to accelerate development is a plus.
- Strong understanding of secure coding practices, system performance, and maintainability.
