2+ years of engineering management experience with hands-on technical leadership; comfortable working directly on architecture and technical decisions with senior engineers who need less day-to-day management.
7+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, with a track record of building distributed systems or data-intensive applications.
You use AI to code and are passionate about harnessing this new magic in your work, side-projects, or both.
Proven ability to lead high-performing teams through complex challenges in a fast-paced, startup environment.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset. You can align technical roadmaps with business outcomes.
Experience with hiring, mentoring, and developing engineering talent.
