Provide day-to-day leadership of AI and automation strategy, planning, and execution
Serve as a strategic thought partner to the CTO and ELT
Establish a clear AI roadmap and execution cadence
Build, lead, and develop a high-performing cross-functional AI organization
Oversee and enhance communication of all AI and automation reporting
Own the design and governance of AI/automation platforms
Develop and maintain key AI performance indicators (KPIs)
Partner with product, operations, and client-facing teams
Champion AI adoption and literacy across the organization
Participate as a core leader within the technology and executive management teams

Proven leadership experience building and directing AI, automation, data science, or engineering teams within healthcare services
Demonstrated ability to operate in distributed, multi-location or offshore-enabled models
Previous experience in a private equity–backed organization or fast-paced environment
Forward-looking strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate emerging technology needs
Hands-on ownership of core AI/automation functions including model development
Prior experience assessing technology infrastructure with scalable systems
Ability to build strong relationships across technical, operational, and executive stakeholders
Demonstrated success implementing analytics, automation, KPIs, and monitoring systems
Experience navigating compliance, security, and audit requirements within a healthcare environment
Strong understanding of data governance and technology planning
