Manages a large and diverse team of finance associates to include a shared services team, business unit and corporate support finance teams
Develops and drives finance strategy and achievement of functional excellence
Leads a diverse team responsible for developing budgets, forecast and variance analysis working with the lines of business leaders
Provides revenue and income guidance to shareholders based on budget and forecasts in support of the banks overall strategic plan
Develops and presents financial plans and projections to senior management
Manages strategic analysis and recommendations for complex business issues in support of corporate planning and performance
Maintains relationships with business leaders and key decision makers

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
Fifteen (15) years of financial acumen, business planning and performance, long term forecasting and strategic modeling or related experience, of which five (5) years must be in a managerial capacity
Master's degree in business, finance, or related field
