About this role
Role Overview
Own the end-to-end user experience across mysupply modules and related platforms, including internal operational tools and external customer applications (e.g., Salesforce-connected experiences).
Define and evolve UX patterns for dashboards, filters, tables, timelines, workflows, and analytics-heavy screens.
Ensure a coherent experience across internal and external users while accommodating different roles, permissions, and use cases.
Advocate for usability, clarity, accessibility, and data trust in product and design decisions.
Design complex data visualizations, dashboards, and KPI views that are scannable, comparable, and decision-oriented.
Conduct pragmatic, lightweight user research with internal users and customer-facing teams.
Partner closely with Product Owners and Business Analysts to shape requirements and workflows.
Contribute to and evolve shared design systems, UI standards, and reusable patterns across mysupply and related applications.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent practical experience.
7+ years of experience in UX, product design, or interaction design for complex digital applications.
Strong portfolio demonstrating experience with:
Data-heavy dashboards and analytics
Enterprise or B2B products
Complex workflows and role-based experiences
Proficiency with modern design tools (e.g., Figma).
Strong foundation in interaction design, information architecture, and visual hierarchy.
Experience working closely with engineering teams in agile delivery environments.
