Plans, coordinates, and manages a portfolio of projects on the Inflight team
Partners with leaders across the team to oversee aspects of the projects from start to finish
Manages program funding including business case submissions, forecasts, auditing and capitalizing spend
Tracks goals progression across the portfolio including benefits delivery, metrics, and overall strategy execution
Ensures work practices are in line with audit, security and regulatory requirements and company policies
Partners with other Inflight leaders to ensure alignment and drive efficiencies
Develops, maintains and reports a financial and resource plan for their area
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline; OR demonstrated capability with a High School Diploma/GED and at least four (4) years of relevant work experience
Five (5) years project management experience
Two (2) years of Airline, Marketing, or Strategy experience
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Project, Excel, Word, and Visio
Knowledge of presentation tools such as PowerPoint
Knowledge of budget processes
Strong interpersonal, leadership and managerial skills including the ability to motivate others
Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously
Available for occasional overnight travel (20%)
Legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located
