Customer and Leadership facing Senior Sales Leader
Navigate and close complex deals with strong financial acumen
Establish paths to close on identified accounts in conjunction with Sales Teams
Collaborate with Product Marketing to orchestrate solutions for identified opportunities in all sales segments
Works cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, Implementation, and other Teams to turn strategy, solutions, and requirements to qualify, navigate and close complex deals
Conduct Win/Loss reviews
Develop internal and external relationships, identifies new opportunities, creates and executes strategies that result in new business
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree Business Management/ General (Required)
Master's/Advanced Degree (Preferred)
2-4 years
Experience with System Integrators
2-4 years
Experience developing and executing sales initiatives driving new revenue opportunities
Understanding of sales teams targets and ability to develop products/programs assisting in exceeding those targets
More than 10 years
Experience in a sales or strategic sales support leadership role
Proposal Writing Experience in proposal development for large transformative or outsourcing initiatives (Required)
Technical Training Experience in portfolio analysis, IT application/infrastructure rationalization (Required)
Expertise in conceptualizing and articulating 5G value proposition, IT vision (Required)
Business Strategy Experience with transformation strategy and business cases for achieving desired business objectives (Required)
Excellent oral and written communication skills (Required)
Strategic Thinking, Analytical Skills, Problem Solving (Required)
Hands on experience leading large multi-year deals projects of at least $30M (Required)
Prior consulting experience and interactions with C-Level Executives
