About this role
Role Overview
Provide project-based support to the Office of Institutional Curriculum & Assessment (OICA) during the implementation and integration of UMass Global’s new curriculum management system.
Support the planning, scheduling, and coordination of activities related to curriculum and catalog system integration.
Maintain timeline tracking tools and project dashboards to ensure timely progress across workstreams.
Compile, validate, and organize system configuration data for CourseLeaf build cycles.
Partner with IT, Registrar, and OICA teams to support testing cycles, track defects, and gather feedback from faculty and staff users.
Prepare project documentation including workflow maps, training materials, process guides, decision logs, and status updates.
Collaborate with the Curriculum Coordinator and the Director of Academic Policies & Curriculum to facilitate meetings with academic schools, governance committees, and administrative units.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in project management
Minimum 2–3 years professional experience in higher education, with direct experience in curriculum management, academic catalog production, or academic governance workflows
Hands-on experience with CourseLeaf (CIM and/or CAT), Banner, or comparable curriculum/catalog systems
Bachelor’s degree in education administration, Business, Information Systems, or related field (Preferred)
Experience supporting enterprise system implementations or workflow redesign projects (Preferred)
Familiarity with accreditation, catalog compliance, and academic policy documentation (Preferred)
Certification or training in project management (e.g., CAPM, PMP, Prosci, or equivalent) (Preferred)
Experience working in remote environments with cross-functional teams
