Forecast Accuracy: Own SKU-level forecasts, maintain accuracy, and partner with demand planning for proactive adjustments.

AI & Automation Adoption: Leverage AI-driven tools for predictive forecasting and insights automation; interpret outputs to inform business decisions.

Develop effective retail promotional programs to support the success of our retailer and distributor accounts, while staying within established trade guidelines.
Establishment of key relationships within the assigned customer base, focusing on the development of key relationships with senior management, merchandising, operations, procurement, and logistics.
Accurate and timely weekly sales reporting, focused on profitable growth with customers, broker activity and marketplace information.
Minimum 3 years in consumer-packaged goods sales or as a Sales Analyst supporting retail accounts; experience transitioning into account management strongly preferred
Proven success in sales or account support within CPG or retail; direct selling experience a plus
Analytical systems fluency: Ability to leverage syndicated data (IRI/Circana/Nielsen) and visualization tools (Power BI) for insights and forecasting
Forecasting rigor: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain accurate SKU-level forecasts and partner with demand planning to course-correct
AI literacy: Familiarity with AI-driven tools for demand forecasting, predictive analytics, and insights automation
Solid financial acumen, including understanding of P&Ls and promotional ROI strongly desired
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to craft buyer-ready presentations and deliver virtually or in person
Strong negotiation and influencing skills with internal and external stakeholders
Highly organized, self-disciplined, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
Salesforce or similar CRM
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (e.g., product sample cases, etc.)
Ability to stand for 6 or more hours during the workday (e.g., trade shows, product demonstrations, etc.)
