Coordinate and manage timelines for new business onboarding and annual renewal cycles, ensuring adherence to internal standards and client expectations.
Support exposure data collection, quote specifications, collateral analysis, and preparation of renewal and new business proposals.
Draft and maintain renewal planners, including compiling, updating, and organizing required documentation and deliverables.
Schedule and coordinate annual client meetings, presentations, and follow-up activities.
Bind coverage upon client acceptance and issue appropriate policy documentation.
Prepare and issue client invoices, monitor receivables, and follow up on outstanding balances to prevent policy cancellation.
Maintain organized and compliant client, claims, and governance files in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.
Prepare corporate governance documents including meeting minutes, resolutions, and annual filings.
Interact professionally with insurance regulators and support regulatory submissions as required.
Update and maintain accurate client and policy data within Salesforce and other internal systems.
Prepare reports and presentations for clients and internal management.
Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
Requirements
2+ years of experience working in the insurance industry in some capacity.
