Serve as a force multiplier to the Executive Vice President of Engineering and other engineering leaders, helping translate executive priorities into clear technical roadmaps and execution plans
Improve engineering prioritization, planning, and delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives
Build and scale operating systems that increase visibility into performance, resourcing, and technical execution
Lead high-impact, cross-functional engineering initiatives from ambiguity to shipped outcomes
Strengthen the foundations for engineering scale, including org design, hiring alignment, documentation, and ownership clarity
Requirements
3–5+ years of experience in a technical environment (startup or high-growth tech company)
Strong technical fluency — able to interface credibly with engineers and understand architectural tradeoffs
Demonstrated experience working directly with engineering teams (not purely strategy or consulting exposure)
Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
High ownership and bias toward action
