About this role
Role Overview
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair issues related to company products and services
Assist customers by providing clear guidance on product features and implementation best practices
Install applications, hardware components, and parts as needed
Document customer interactions in the knowledge base and ticketing system
Contribute to and utilize an internal knowledge base containing troubleshooting guides and FAQs
Support customers in making informed decisions about product selection
Requirements
1-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area (Level 1)
4-7 years of experience in the field or in a related area (Level 2)
8 or more years of experience (Level 3)
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Strong multitasking skills
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience (Desired)
Certifications in relevant areas (e.g., ITIL, CompTIA A+, or similar) (Desired)
