Oversee a portfolio of strategic initiatives including multi-year enterprise-wide IT and Delivery projects
Support execution of various IT Delivery in partnership with other Leaders
Drive end-to-end project delivery, from estimation and business case approval through execution
Partner with cross-organizational stakeholders to drive process improvement and optimization efforts
Own maturation of the estimation process and tools for new Programs and Products
Create and actively maintain the project plan and cross functional dependencies
Continuously monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
Keep senior management advised of significant trends, emerging risks and other issues
Provide recommendations and drive issue resolution
Facilitate team meetings and key Agile ceremonies
Manage day-to-day activities related to managing one or more projects from initiation through completion
Contribute to the continued maturation of the project management methodology, best practice frameworks and related tools
Support Enterprise level initiative planning, prioritization and budgeting process

Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
Minimum of 8 years of project management experience working in a large-scale IT production and development environment
Minimum 3 years of experience with Agile methodologies
Previous experience managing large, complex, highly cross functional software development efforts is required
Strong project management skills (schedule development and management, meeting facilitation, execution monitoring, status reporting, and risk management)
Ability to produce and deliver Executive level presentations via PowerPoint
Experience working in Waterfall, Agile and Hybrid environments
Strong achievement orientation and attention to details
Ability to multitask in a fast paced, matrix environment
Ability to collect/analyze data and formulate business recommendations for senior management
Excellent communication skills and ability to create presentation materials for Executive audience
Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor others on team
Proficiency with key MS products (Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and Agile Portfolio management tools such as JIRA
Top tier management consulting industry background preferred
Experience with bid / estimation processes for new custom development efforts preferred.
