Calculation of taxes applicable to service providers: ISS, PIS, COFINS, IRPJ, and CSLL
Analysis and verification of withholding at source: IRRF, INSS, withheld ISS, PIS, COFINS, and CSLL
Review and validation of service invoices
Classification of service codes, municipal tax rates, and withholding rules
Preparation and submission of ancillary tax filings (EFD Contribuições, DCTF, ECF, DIRF/eSocial when applicable)
Support for tax inspections, audits, and internal requests
Bookkeeping entries, account reconciliations, and account analyses
Support and execution of the monthly accounting close
Provisions, reclassifications, and variance analyses
Assistance in preparing trial balances and financial statements
Use and maintenance of routines in the ERP Oracle NetSuite
Support for integration between tax, accounting, and finance modules
Identification of improvements in processes and internal controls

Bachelor's degree in Accounting (completed or in progress)
Previous experience as a Tax and/or Accounting Analyst (mid-level), with a focus on service providers
Practical knowledge of tax legislation applicable to services
Familiarity with accounting-tax ERP systems
Intermediate Excel
Monitoring and staying up to date with Tax Reform developments
Experience in companies undergoing expansion
Experience with integrated tax-accounting-financial closings
Experience with Oracle NetSuite ERP
Experience in healthcare service provider companies
