Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related experience.
7+ years of experience in product management, digital platforms, or IT solution delivery.
3+ years of experience managing or owning digital experience products (e.g., customer or employee digital experiences).
Proven experience working in an IT-owned product or technology environment.
Experience supervising or mentoring team members.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
