Monitor and control inventory levels using forecasted supply/demand to prevent shortages and minimize excess.
Oversee logistics and distribution processes to meet production schedules and customer delivery timelines.
Analyze supply chain KPIs and lead initiatives that enhance efficiency, cost performance, and service levels.
Partner closely with production, finance, quality, engineering, and other cross‑functional teams to maintain alignment and operational excellence.
Communicate clearly and effectively with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely, accurate, and transparent information sharing across all supply chain activities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
5+ years of supply chain management experience, preferably in films/laminates or manufacturing environments.
Strong knowledge of planning/scheduling, inventory control, and manufacturing operations.
Proficiency in SAP, OMP, and supply chain analytics tools.
Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and decision‑making skills.
Ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities.
Professional supply chain certification (APICS
CSCP/CPIM).
Exceptional communication skills with a strong focus on accuracy, clarity, and data integrity.
