Own the demand generation strategy aligned to revenue targets and company growth goals
Build integrated, multi-channel programs across digital, paid media, events, partnerships, and lifecycle marketing
Develop segmentation, targeting, and messaging strategies that improve conversion and pipeline velocity
Drive qualified pipeline growth and marketing-attributed revenue
Partner with Sales leadership to optimize lead management, scoring, routing, and follow-up processes
Continuously test, measure, and optimize performance across the funnel
Lead campaign development from concept through launch, measurement, and iteration
Manage paid acquisition, nurture programs, and conversion optimization efforts
Use data, attribution, and experimentation to improve ROI and CAC efficiency
Build and mentor a high-performing demand generation team
Collaborate with Product Marketing, Content, RevOps, and Sales to ensure consistent messaging and funnel alignment
Manage agency and vendor relationships as needed

7–10+ years in B2B marketing, with deep expertise in demand generation or growth marketing
Proven track record of driving leads, pipeline and revenue
Strong understanding of modern marketing channels, attribution models, and lifecycle strategy
Experience working closely with Sales and RevOps in a revenue-driven environment
Analytical mindset with comfort using data to guide decisions and prioritize investments
Experience managing budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics
Experience in SaaS, AI, or data-driven technology companies (preferred, but not required)
Experience marketing to car dealers (preferred, but not required)
