About this role
Role Overview
Serve as the primary point of contact for key partners
Build and maintain trust-based relationships with key stakeholders
Identify and recruit priority partners, establishing repeatable processes for onboarding
Equip partner sales and account teams with knowledge of Dataminr’s products
Track and manage joint leads with internal sales teams
Coordinate annual and quarterly priorities
Establish KPIs and reporting cadences for partner productivity
Requirements
10+ years of proven experience in partner management, sales, or business development
Deep understanding of the defense, military, or national security landscape
Solid experience working with complex software products
Familiarity working with major government distributors
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Ability and willingness to travel as required
Professional fluency in English, additional European languages are a strong advantage
