About this role
Role Overview
Input, verify, and update data in company databases and systems, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
Perform data entry using Microsoft Excel and Word to create reports, maintain spreadsheets, and document information.
Organize, categorize, and file electronic data for easy retrieval by other departments.
Conduct regular audits to verify data accuracy and correct discrepancies.
Respond to data requests from internal teams or external stakeholders.
Assist with maintaining records of communications, reports, and other documents.
Adhere to data privacy and confidentiality protocols when handling sensitive information.
Support the team with other administrative tasks as needed, such as managing emails or preparing presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint.
Requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is required.
Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles preferred.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Ability to manage large volumes of data efficiently.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet deadlines.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Basic knowledge of database management systems is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or relevant education is a plus.
