Role Overview
- Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement treatment plans
- Maintain a caseload of 25 client sessions per week
- Provide excellent customer service and collaborate with a dynamic team
- Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve goals
- Coordinate services with case managers, families, and other personnel
- Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and training
Requirements
- Master’s degree in social work or related fields
- Licensed mental health professional (LMFT) in Pennsylvania
- Experience with completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
- Prefer experience with children, adolescents, and teens
- Prefer experience with couples and families
