Role Overview
- Develop and maintain coworking and flex-space platforms
- Partner with the Digital Product team to design systems
- Design resilient solutions ensuring production stability
- Work in a product-driven environment, bridging backend logic and user-facing requirements
- Champion best practices in documentation, testing, and clean coding standards
Requirements
- 5–7+ years working in production backend environments using Node.js (JavaScript/TypeScript)
- Strong proficiency with NoSQL databases (i.e MongoDB)
- Experience handling asynchronous workflows using message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis, AWS SNS/SQS)
- Hands-on experience with AWS ecosystems (Elastic Beanstalk, EC2, S3, SNS, SQS)
- Comfortable working across the full stack when needed
