Provide Christian-based mental health therapy to patients
Maintain a caseload of at least 21 patients (full-time), and 10 patients (part-time)
Collaborate with a team and attend supervision meetings
Support patients from various backgrounds including marginalized and LGBTQ+ communities
Offer therapy both in-person and virtually

Fully Licensed or licensed eligible (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) in Connecticut
A deep sense of compassion and insight into self to better understand how their emotions and thoughts influence patients' treatment.
Experience with Christian Counseling and/or training and education in pastoral/Christian counseling is strongly encouraged, but not required.
An extensive knowledge, understanding, and practice of and within Christianity and Christian culture.
A willingness to learn and adapt based on patient and practice needs.
A desire to continue to develop skills to accommodate patients' diverse needs.
Strong organizational abilities to maintain sufficient case notes.
Work well with a team and under the supervision and direction of the practice owner.
Strong written, verbal, and emotional communication between patients and leadership.
