Provisionally Licensed or licensed eligible (LMSW, LMFTA, LPCA) in Connecticut
A deep sense of compassion and insight into self to better understand how their emotions and thoughts influence patients' treatment
A willingness to learn and adapt based on patient and practice needs
A desire to continue to develop skills to accommodate patients' diverse needs
Maintain a caseload of at least 21 patients (full-time), and 10 patients(part-time)
Strong organizational abilities to maintain sufficient case notes
Work well with a team and under the supervision and direction of the practice owner
Strong written, verbal, and emotional communication between patients and leadership
