- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams on new features and user experiences
- Create user-focused design solutions for web, mobile, and marketing materials
- Drive the vision for UX/UI best practices and advocate for design thinking throughout the organization
- Build and lead the foundation of the future design team as the company grows
Requirements
- Strong portfolio demonstrating visual design, UI/UX, and branding expertise
- 3+ years of experience designing for digital products or leading design projects
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Passion for solving complex problems with creative design solutions
