Build and Own the Operating Model
Own and continuously maintain Condor’s financial model (revenue, headcount, opex, cash), ensuring it remains a practical decision-making tool.
Define, track, and report on core vertical SaaS metrics, including ARR, NRR, CAC payback, burn, sales productivity, etc.
Partner closely with RevOps and Sales leadership on pipeline-to-bookings forecasting.
Work directly with the CEO on fundraising preparation, including investor narratives, financial models, and data room materials.
Prepare board-ready reporting packages with clear KPIs, insights, and scenario analyses.
Partner with Product and Engineering on headcount planning, ROI, and investment prioritization.
Ensure the company is tracking the right KPIs and that business intelligence around those metrics is accurate.
Stand up and mature core finance processes, including forecasting cadence, budget vs. actuals, and basic financial controls.
Hire and manage accounting and FP&A support as the company scales.
Own investor reporting and internal dashboards as Condor grows.

Experience helping build effective finance functions in early-stage, high-growth SaaS companies.
Skilled across the full finance stack: FP&A, strategic finance, accounting oversight, SaaS metrics, budgeting, compliance, and investor relations.
Experience partnering closely with Sales, RevOps, Product, and Engineering, translating operating plans into financial outcomes.
Comfort operating in a startup environment, including rolling up sleeves while building for scale.
Successful track record driving financial strategy and discipline through the enterprise SaaS growth journey, including fundraising support and board communications.
