Partner with stakeholders across different product domains, infrastructure to tackle technical problems at scale, which includes building framework agnostic services to support all of Wealthsimple’s machine learning needs.
Establish roadmap and architecture for Wealthsimple’s Machine Learning platform
Build highly performant scalable systems, contributing to our ML platform on Kubernetes, Bedrock and Sagemaker
Work with a large amount of autonomy to set the technical direction for scalable projects.

7+ years of software development experience in ML infrastructure, ML tooling, or ML engineering
Experience with Python in production environments
Proven experience designing and implementing highly performant, scalable systems with strong observability
Proven experience owning projects end-to-end and operating complex systems over the long term
Experience collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders (product, infra, applied ML)
Experience with the ML ecosystem (e.g., PyTorch, Transformers, Ray, Kubeflow, Elasticsearch or other vector databases, Triton, CUDA, DVC, LangChain, Ollama)
