Serve as the dedicated lead for our existing partner ecosystem, fostering deep, long-term collaboration and alignment.
Conduct regular business reviews to evaluate performance, identify expansion opportunities, and resolve high-level blockers.
Develop and execute data-driven strategies to increase the adoption and "stickiness" of partner solutions within our current customer accounts.
Take full ownership of the revenue targets for the assigned partner portfolio. Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and progress against budgeted financial goals.
Continuously assess the value-add of each partnership, ensuring they contribute to the company's overall "Expansion Market" objectives.
Requirements
5–8 years of experience in Partner Management, Strategic Account Management, or Business Development
Growth Mindset: Demonstrated ability to "farm" existing accounts/partnerships to drive significant incremental value and penetration.
Communication & Influence: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to command a room and influence stakeholders at the executive level.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
