Ensure initiatives translate into sustained, quantifiable results
Identify, prioritize, and sponsor high-impact performance improvement initiatives
Develop business cases including financial modeling, ROI analysis, and value realization plans
Lead cross-functional teams through end-to-end improvement initiatives
Drive change management efforts to ensure successful adoption and stakeholder engagement
Monitor assigned initiatives and act with urgency to address risks
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent work experience
Experience leading complex process improvement initiatives
Experience managing staff and cross-functional teams
Experience working with data sets and/or Microsoft Excel modeling
Experience utilizing valuation and impact analysis methodologies
Experience using workflow diagramming applications to document business processes
Master’s degree from an accredited institution (preferred)
Experience designing and implementing generative AI solutions (preferred)
Knowledge of Department of Health (DOH) and Center for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) regulations (preferred)
Black Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma, Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ), or equivalent certification in process improvement and quality methodologies (preferred)
